Returns Guaranteed!

Our limited-edition, fine art pieces are carefully packed and shipped via a certified parcel carrier.  All items are padded with high quality packaging materials. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping or if we have made an error, do not return it. Please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a pick-up. If you have a chance to refuse delivery of an item you would like to return, you are encouraged to do so, but please notify us of the refusal.

Our Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. You may return items for a refund or store credit within 10 days of receiving any merchandise. returns@classiccollectordesigns.com

We cannot accept the following returns:

• Any order returned more than 10 days after it was received
• Any damage, except due to shipping

Once you have notified us, please repackage the item in the original shipping container and be sure to include your order number. Send your return back via an insured carrier to the following address:
